WHAT: Chef Gorji demonstrates cooking with pomegranates at Whole Foods Market Highland Park. Watch and taste as Chef Gorji takes the stage and demonstrates some of his favorite pomegranate dishes while sharing techniques and recipes. Chef Gorji will be preparing:

• Salad – verde with pomegranate champagne vinaigrette
• Entrée – beef anar with prime beef tenderloin tips and a pomegranate cream sauce
