Canary Café offers a fresh peach & pomegranate salad as a daily special for $9 throughout the summer. Chef Mansour Gorji shares his recipe for this healthy taste treat:

• 4 oz. Spring Mix
• 2 fresh peaches, sliced
• ¼ bulb fresh fennel, sliced
• 1 tbsp. shredded Parmesan
• 2 tbsp. Gorji Gourmet Pomegranate Champagne Vinaigrette

Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds; serves 2

Canary’s peach & pomegranate salad is also available within the restaurant’s Four-Year Anniversary Mediterranean menu priced at $35 (alcohol not included) available Tuesday – Thursday through August 16.
