Gorji Gourmet Adds Spicy Remoulade to Product Line


DALLAS – (May 5, 2009) – Chef Gorji of Canary Café Mediterranean Steak & Seafood announces his new spicy remoulade to his Gorji Gourmet product line. This new product is available in 10-ounce jars for $6.99 at metroplex Whole Foods Market® and Jimmy’s as well as at Canary Café.

Gorji’s spicy remoulade is the latest product in his current line of New Mediterranean sauces, award-winning primers and dressings. His award-winning fare at Canary Café has attracted “foodies” of all ages, including young children. The clean, fresh just picked taste of his pomodoro sauce has made it the star of his product line.

“Creating new products is one of my passions. I believe in flavors and strive to capture their full essence in my foods,” said Chef Gorji. “The spicy remoulade has been extremely well-received in the restaurant and I’m happy to create it now for home use.”
