Open to the public, festivities include food, fun, live music, and a special giant birthday cake that only Whole Foods Market could bake.

| WHO: | Chef Gorji is the chef-owner of Canary Café in Addison and has recently been honored as chef of the month in Whole Foods Market and DHome magazine. With more than 18 years of culinary experience and numerous awards, he now calls Texas home where he was partner in two (2) restaurants in Austin, before coming to North Dallas to open Francesca. He began his culinary career in 1987. Prior to that, he worked as an engineer after earning his degree in Edinburgh.
